  From corporate beginnings to Inner Peace

  I was in the Corporate IT world for 36 years when the universe opened a new door for me to pursue my passion of helping people.  In February of 2005 I opened my Gristmill Plaza office offering massage, Usui Reiki energy healing and charka balancing including teaching classes. To help others even more, I took a class through The International Center for Reiki Training, taught by the founder – William Rand and became a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) in 2010.  My client’s needs to change negative behaviors led me off down the path to offer hypnosis where I became a Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists in 2013.  My ability to see and hear spirits has allowed me to add a new dimension to my practice – Spiritual Readings. Everything has come together to offer my clients a true path to harmony in their lives.
